These terms set out the conditions for using Subnudge (the "app"), an iOS app provided by innerbuilder (the "operator").
The app organizes and shows you the expense and subscription information you speak or type in, sends notifications on your device before a subscription renews or a free trial ends, and uses your records to show spending trends and saving suggestions. Your records and the calculations happen inside your own device, and the operator does not store your expense or subscription details on any server.
The app has no sign-up and no login. The same is true when you buy the paid plan (Pro) — your purchase is tied to your Apple Account and your device, so the operator has no need to create an account for you. That is why the operator holds no account information such as your name or email. If you change devices or reinstall the app, sign in with the same Apple Account and tap "Restore Purchases" to bring your plan back.
You may not reverse-engineer or tamper with the app, send abnormal requests to the app's servers, or use someone else's account without permission.
The operator may add to or change the app's features and, where unavoidable, may suspend part or all of the service. Important changes are announced in the app update notes or in an in-app notice.
Unless the operator acted intentionally or with gross negligence, the operator is not liable for losses arising from relying on the app's information or notifications (for example, a subscription charge, or a cancellation made too late). This applies to the extent permitted by applicable law.
When these terms change, notice is given in the app 7 days before the effective date (30 days before, for changes that are unfavorable to users).
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Questions: innerbuilder.co@gmail.com
